Crandall Office Furniture is the real deal. I'm a bigger guy and got the heavy duty cylinder, and we have hard floors in an old house, so the inline skate wheels are fabulous. The fabric, foam, gas cylinder, casters, and arm rests appear brand new.There are cheaper places to buy used/refurbished chairs online but I bought from Crandall as I didn't want the risk of getting a junk chair.
